My best friend is a gun enthusiast. He even repacks his own shotgun shells. I would rather that he be able to keep his guns. His guns have never been used to commit a crime. He uses his guns recreationally to hunt and for target practice.
My friend does not own a bazooka, a mortar, or a fully-automatic machine gun. He does not own a ICBM with a nuclear warhead. Shall the Second Amendment extend to these weapons? If not, why not?
