Sorry to hear you are going crazy... TV is a point... I have just started Season 3 of Dexter and fairly surprised to find myself enjoying the series quite a bit. I found Mad Men pretty good, too. Breaking Bad.
Music, too. Something I would like to have more exposure to is classical music. Realizing I'm loving electronic dance-type music for the lack of lyrics. That I find something... Stimulating but not attention grabbing about it. Have discovered a Concert Radio Station that I'm enjoying a great deal. Have even been doing a little focused listening of music that I thought I'd heard before - but realizing now that I've never properly listened to most of it.
