Good grief. What a question. "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss?" It makes me terrified to even think about such interviews.
What's the "right" answer? I expect it isn't "I yelled right back at him, or else he wouldn't have heard me." or "I burst into tears and he can't stand to see tears so he took out his frustrations on someone more robust." Or even "I avoided him until the matter dropped."
