I always feel cold in hospitals. I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe they keep it like a fridge to slow the spread of bacteria... Probably it just seems cold because (as a patient) you are typically sitting down / lying down rather than being physically active. I feel cold in libraries and the like too, typically, since the body tends to get still when one is studying. But then it probably helps preserve the books, too...
