Hi, thank you Phillipa :). Oh healthcare here in Canada is the hottest, neediest job market. Not that it is the only incentive, but I have a few RN friends who easily make 100,000+ a year if they took the overtime. I was actually thinking psychiatry...geezz wonder why?..lol
