Yes it's so scary, I think it's an experience that you have to go through to understand how bad it is. scared of what you might do in sleep and the inexplicable drain it has on your waking hours. There are different degrees for me. Lots of times in life it was reported to me that I was sleep walking but didn't have the daytime drain, that complete confusion that follows my lucid sleep walking. Well not exactly lucid but I remember dreaming while sleep walking and wake up so confused stuck between the reality of sleepwalking and the fiction of my dreams. It happens from stress, extreme stress and that is the worst time to have to go through it. I go years without sleepwalking but right now it's in my present. It will drift into my past again as months go by with out sleep walking
