> nightmares last night, I also sleep walk anyone else sleep walk. I can't funtion after a night of nightmares. sleepwalking that's the worse. memory goes to hell, wake up with a day ju view, things moved about then scared to go to sleep afraid of what I might do. not sleepwalking now just nightmares, crushing nightmares, all day in a daze like the dream realy happened
Hi Torrid,
I found I needed an adjunct to my cbt. I had a great cbt guy, and he even told me he couldn't deal with everything. If you need to cry about your life, find someone who will help you do it sanely--that's my opinion.
I have never sleepwalked, but for years had sleep paralysis. You may have experienced it, too. Crushing nightmares, too. For years. Then stopped. How long have you had nightmares of this magnitude? I think seeing another, additional therapist, if you can, could bring you relief. I think it could be worth a try.
September is a long way away. That's alot of dream time.
