So..here's the situation: I'm stable, I moved, I'm almost an official resident of my new state, and I'm looking for a job. I want to go back to school, and since I'm 26 now, I figured this coming fall, when I'll be 27, would be a good time to start.
My parents said they'll support me either way, but they think I should wait 1 more year, work and be stable, and then go back to school.
I just don't know. I think that school, especially if I did an online program (there are a number of state schools here that offer online programs), would help keep me occupied and I'd be making progress towards a goal. I'd have to borrow whether I go to school this year or next year (either way, I qualify for a Pell grant), and I've kind of been wanting to go back to school for a while now, so...I just don't know.
What would you do?
