I want to bring my BMI down to 22 and I want to do it in a way that is healthy. I am growing my hair out and I can't risk any starvation diets because they may affect my hair.
I want to lose this weight as slowly as I can because any drastic change in weight can affect my hair.
I no longer want a BMI of 18, 22 is good enough. I've never have a BMI of 18 as an adult, but I have been at 22.
I think my weight loss goal is definitely doable. This time I want to lose as slowly as I can so I don't get hungry. I think I should first record what I eat in a week and look at some things I can replace. For example, replace that slice of pizza with a sandwich on whole grains, a yogurt and some fruit. I think I am not going to count calories, but instead just replace most of my unhealthy foods with healthy foods. I don't think I can count calories my whole life.
I'm growing my hair long and healthy! I need all the minerals and nutrients from healthy foods!
