Boxer from puppy mill

I got a call about a Boxer who was rescued from a puppy mill. She is three and has had puppies every time she went into heat.
The rescue organization want to know if I will take her. They know that Fayeroe was half Boxer. She only has about 3 years to live......:-(
I saw her photograph and she is brindle and so sad looking.
I don't know if I can deal with three years. And I wasn't thinking about getting another dog this soon.
