Although I am not purposely restricting carbs, I'm sure I am eating a lot fewer carbs.

I feel awful on low carb as well.

I am doing Weight Watchers. I am short and don't weigh a lot so my points are really low. I seem to do well on it if I pick healthy foods though.

My points target for each day is 18 points and I also get an extra 35 to spend as I wish.

I am eating healthier now. If I eat unhealthy foods I don't get to eat as much.

I take fish oil everyday and vitamin D.

I should exercise more, I was exercising at the Y, but now I quit the Y and haven't been exercising. Exercising helps me a lot. I should go outside on a nice day and go for a walk or something. Pdoc thinks going outside is good for me.
