It just makes me nervous, PJ, like my mind is going to be taken over by some awful corporate entity and I will be sentenced to watch commercial TV for the rest of my life.
In an effort to calm myself down I mix (on occasion) psyllium with chloropyll, bentonite, and aloe vera. These are also commercial products of course, but they come from health food shops where I am a little calmer.
