I choked on some mineral oil

I think I may have inhaled a bit of mineral oil.
I have awful chronic constipation and saw the doctor a few months ago and he suggested I take Lansoyl, this sweet flavoured mineral oil jelly.
I really like the Lansoyl, but it is really expensive.
I bought some cheaper mineral oil, but it is really gross to take. I gagged and I think I may have choked a bit.
Should I be worried about lipoid pneumonia?
I think I will stop with the mineral oil and stick with the Lansoyl.
