Risk of sudden death?

I just read some articles about this recent study that showed the risk of sudden death from heart problems is doubled in people taking antipsychotics.
How concerned should I be?
It seems like 3 people out of 1000 die suddenly.
I feel my heart beating too fast now, I'm sure I'm just getting paranoid. :/
