I made cheese once last summer... well, actually, I was knitting a sock while my friend made cheese.

Distilled H2O and some farmer's market fresh whole milk. it was good. the best part is that my h didn't want to eat any. ALL for me!

I'm glad you had success. Did you knead the curds? I mean, literally, not metaphorically...
