Hi Phillipa,

I know for me I am watching more closely than before on gifts.
One thing I thought was interesting was last night on Halloween, only half the amount of regular "treaters" were giving out candy this year. Also the extra stuff like decorations were much less. I barely saw any carved pumpkins. I didn't buy any this year, they carved apples. lol

I am also wondering if I want to spend the money and time putting up a lot of outside lights. I did a budget analysis from our mortgage company and our deficits are too high compared to the incoming income. So Santa is going to have to be very budget conscious this year. Luckily I have some gifts already bought last year on the after holiday sales.
What are you doing different?
