first of all, it was not your weakness-- that's simply not true. What if it were me in your position? Would you blame me?
Feeling bad about what happened is one thing. Blaming yourself is quite another.
You are kind and caring and funny as hell. (Oh god! I just complimented you!)
I'm sorry you're going to dark places. I recommend medication and riding it out. Talking to friends. Writing on babble. I'm here if you want to bmail me. I bet you underestimate the support that you have here- try us and see!
As far as Dr. goes. ugh-- well you have my sympathies. The only dr. I tolerate is my pdoc, and then only because I like the promise of bright shiny pills.
