sometimes our minds just refuse to cooperate in high pressure situations. I know it's hard to believe, but many people have been in your situation. I get terrible stagefright, personally. It can be really debilitating and frustrating. Not to mention professionally uncomfortable.
Give your supervisors a chance. I bet that something like this has happened to them before too. No need to jump to conclusions that you will be fired. I don't think it's that simple. You see, they hired you based upon the total impression you made as you worked there. Now you have one incident, but that doesn't negate all the positive things you've done for the company.
Try to keep that stuff in perspective.
I'm sorry you're hurting right now. Big hugs for you, and don't let this derail your progress
