Hey Tina - 1) can't remember if you're on meds
2) Do you have a therapist or someone you can talk with about intense feelings?....or any feelings, for that matter.
If not, I hope that as a 'be-good-to-yourself- because-you-deserve-it-even-if-you-might-not- beleive-it' type of thing to do - I hope you try to find one. Your family doctor or the hospital should be able to link you up with someone who's covered by OHIP.(((((((((((((((((((((you)))))))))))))))))))))))))
I know those feelings also. Not quite as detailed, but the ones about "I'm tired of doing this thing called 'Life' & am just waiting tiredly 'til it's over". I was feeling like that bigtime until my 5HTP & St. John's Wort kicked in.
I was so surprised NOT to be feeling like that!!! Didn't think it would happen. Would be walking along & all of a sudden tears would just start seeping out - for no reason.
You sound really depressed Tina. I hope you'll consider seeking help of some sort. You deserve it...and you're worth it.
