That's great, Kath. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.
EFT : I tried this out to deal with some thoughts that really put me in depression and I found it did actually help the intensity of the depression felt, but it was in combination with my continued therapy that I got over the feeling. I posted a website on your Alt posting that provides an online video of how to do it.
I read of your impressive pottery sales on the Psych board. Congratulations. I hope you will get or do something with $ to make you feel even better.
