He meets them online at places where survivors might hang out. He makes friends, calls, meets them, etc. It's just wierd to me that it's always CSA survivors. Seems to be an odd preoccupation, ya know?
Yeah, maybe it's the, "I need to save them" complex. I think too negatively & twisted.
