Gosh, it seems a shame to have to wait 2 whole months to initiate a relationship, or even to make a date to initiate one. How about asking her out just for a cup of coffee, now? - would you have time to do that? It can be just a 20-minute conversation, and you can chat a bit, and not have to plan as far as 2 months in advance. Just take a little chunk of your time now, and see how it feels.
