The headaches came before the diabetes. And unfortunately they become a cycle. Triggers cause headaches. Headaches make all the triggers seem bigger.
I think the diabetes is under control. My doctor was really pleased with me I think. My blood pressure was 110/65, and my weight is at least on the way down.
