T don't want to burst your bubble but that's what happened to me when I moved here the pdoc wanted higher doses of all antidepressants. I went back to old one as the doses exceeded the companies recommended doseages . And from what I've heard from lots of people the docs like to start at lower doseages as then there are less side effects and hence the patient is more likely to continue the med.
