Thanks for the insight. I used to assistant manage these apartments. I actually leased the apartment to him. He is not a bad person. I can get him evicted at the drop of a hat. My former boss (on site manager) comes over and visits with my rommate on weekends.
Once, while I was pretty wild with untreated Biploar. I knocked on his door. He said 'come in!'. I walked in (pretty bold). I asked if I could buy an 1/8 bag. He said 'alright' and then I said 'JUST KIDDING!'. And walked out.
So he knows that I know. But I'm embarassed to go down and knock again, because now I have a conscence about the past rudeness. Plus thinking about it makes me anxious.
Maybe I should drink a couple glasses of wine. Go down with a little makeup, bat my eyes, and ask him if we could come to terms with this thing. Because I really do have empathy for him now.
