Yes, you can definitely quit if you don't like it.
There's always the initial 'learning curve' part of any job. It can feel exciting, overwhelming, interesting, all kinds of things! To be fair to the job & yourself, it's good if you can know that for the first, say 6 weeks or so, you might feel different from how you're going to feel after that initial period. & obviously that period can be much shorter for some people.
