Thanks everyone! I was on a great high this afternoon after getting the phone call. I'm floating back to reality now, but it was a great evening.
I'm proud of myself for pulling it together enough to go to a job interview and GET THE JOB while pretty much in crisis, while being on the brink of hospitalization. Even if I decide I cant handle it and dont take the position (I havent decided yet), that's pretty neat that I did it. I dont know if that feeling will last, but for now, I'm happy for me. The reality of the situation is starting to set in though and the questions about whether or not I'm really capable of this. I hope so.
I will call the hospital tomorrow and see if I can get an answer out of them. And yes mair, you're right - there's no job without stress. Definitely different degrees though. I'll probably be okay either way. I just want to make the right decision.
