good news all,
I have cleaned my place about 90% clean, and found no further traces of murine activity.

that means the mousie was just investigating, saw me, we screemed EEEEEeeeeK! at each other and ran away to our holes.

we're really not all that different, mousie and me.

except that I love cats.

I'm going to finish the other 10% of cleaning, including inspecting kitchen cabinets and closets for evidence.

I never had a resident mouse before, what is the evidence? poopies, and gnaw marks, and nests of fluff?

p.s. forgot to bring my purse to the hardware store to PAY for the mousie supplies. damn. oh well. I felt confident enough after cleaning that I spent the evening in the livingroom (but still not that corner where my computer desk is. thank GOD for laptops.
