Thanks everyone for the great feedback. We did both say sorry in fact. I think it will be ok, I will contact them again in a few days......
I know exactly what you mean though finelinebob, been there too, and won't go into that, still smarting from that one. Stinks when a sincere apology is wrongly judged as insincere or some other nasty term........ppppffffttttt. And yeah some people are too mad to EVER accept an apology it seems :o(
