Yep. I drint lots of water ... really. My body doesn't make it's own estrogen anymore, so I can control the estrogen levels by estradiol injections.
I don't know if I'm better off now (had TAH-BSO) or when I made my own. Think prob' now.
I was over a week late getting my injection about 3-4 days ago, getting very sad and reclusive, but then I realized it was the estrogen withdrawal and ran and got my shot. Now feel a lot better.
