I hate extremism, I'd be no more enamored of a book called "Psychiatry the miracle of the 20th century"
And I am infuriated by the implication that anyone who takes psych meds is automatically against or ignorant of the importance of a wholistic lifestyle approach. Like hey.. "I'm just gonna sit my a*s on the couch watch t.v and wait for my pills to solve my every problem"

Where does that stereotype come from?
