It's like someone bleating in your ear.
The book is comical because it's so poorly researched and what it calls "science" is based in far less reality than what it is trying to debunk. The only positive reviews exist on it's own website, where of course you can buy it too.
As for the light.. if it weren't for my medication the only light I would have seen would have been the one talked about by people who've had Near death experiences.
Now.. time to find a web support group for people with heart conditions and yammer about the darkness of digitalis.
Honestly, if those lazy people would just try some self-talk...
