I'd recommend going to your uni's careers service. They'll have videos (or even DVDs!) about interviews and things like that. They are really helpful.
Also prepare your responses in advance - for questions such as:
'Can you give an example when you have given excellent customer service'
or
'Tell me about a time you have had a problem and how you have gone about solving it'
or
'Can you give me an example of a time when you've had to work within a team to achieve a common goal'
that sort of thing.
Although I live in the UK, so I don't know how relevant this is!! But in my experience, these are common questions.
