It varies by state (we can redirect this to the other board) and is a hodgepodge of ridiculous mismatched laws going as low as I think marriage ages of 12 or 14, but definately not for homosexuality. It is generally 18. There are a about 3 odd states where some consent (e.g. porn or who knows what set of wierd consent) is 21.
