seriously it could have been posted because as a 14 year old there's is less communication between any other social parties in their lives they have a computer screen to look at and to interact with when they have no one else as many other people are doing on other areas of this site...so she may just be scared of a situation that she is in and this is her way of expressing it that is why it remained on a forum board.
Personally to whoever she is it is legal but I'd think a lot about what you are doing and what you are possibly getting yourself into...but the time he is 18 he is an adult and will have different laws applied to him and different things will happen to him if you are still 14 at the time.If the person happens to be someone being a troll on the site, they have just got the better of all your agressions and anger.
