In my early 30's I was teaching Aerobic Dance classes and needed to be certified by the YMCA about every l0weeks. One of the qualifications was to run l.5miles in under l2minutes. It was very slow. And another was to learn all the dances and call out the steps before so the others could follow. Also maintain a near perfect wt for your height. And it's not dangerous to run just don't be a clutz like me. Love Phillipa ps I went on the start my own Aerobic business. Did it till second year of nursing school. With the choreography of dances and training of instuctions and advertising it was interferring with my studying and I had three young kids then and was going through a divoce. Running saved me so to say an outlet for anxiety.
