I feel the fact that someone has actually acknowleged them means a lot to people. You never know what there exisistence is like IRL. Sometimes it helps to know someone cares. And sometimes it's almost like grasping at straws just to find something to say to help the other person know someone is out there who heard them. Empathy is not always knowledge. Some posts are so incredible with the persons knwledge I don't even understand it. Love Phillipa
