I'll take it - for now. Anxiety kicked in while I was grocery shopping amongst the motorized shopping carts. Feeling like there was no escape, nor way to get to the shelves of the snacks aisle. I can scale back my shopping list, or plan my visits for a more quiet time of day. Thinking of strategies to avoid the discomfort of anxiety is also something new.
