Are you sad, maybe, b/c Dr. Bob said not to give him a present? I know it was something you were putting a lot of excited energy into.
I think you have a lot of GREAT qualities, Deneb! You seem energetic, fun, dedicated, kind to your family and pets. I think the word "normal" is a really awful word, because in my opinion there IS no "normal" in our society. We just ARE. :)
I wish that society in general was more supportive of mental illness, because SO many of us suffer from it in one form or another, and the stigma attached in many countries makes us feel ashamed of it, even when we know we shouldn't have to feel that way.
Please don't label yourself as "normal" or "not normal." Just try to do what it takes to get yourself feeling good and stable. If that includes therapy and meds, that's OK, in my opinion. So many of us have problems, and it's OK to have them. We just need to figure out the best way to handle them so we can live the best life possible for ourselves.
At least that's how I feel on my optimistic days (of which today is one.) Have a great day, Deneb! :)
