A little sad

I'm a little sad. I'm going to try to express it without getting all triggery and upsetting people.
I wonder what triggered me this time?
I was so happy just a few days ago. I wonder what happened? Nothing really happened. I guess it's just a mystery.
Maybe there's all sorts of subconscious stuff going on.
Maybe I'm not really sad. I don't really feel hopeless or anything like that. Maybe I just think I'm feeling a little sad because I'm no longer extremely happy.
