P-doc number 2 is probably still assessing you, and getting to know everything, which is actually a really good thing (though probably doesn't feel like it when you wat something to actually happen). Where I work, the assesment takes 6 - 8 hours of meetings (normally 90 minutes each) before any opinions are formed and treatment decisions made.. Its much better than him rushing in and making mistakes..
Hang in there and give the guy a chance.. if after 6 appoitments or so you still feel like he's ot helping, ask if you can see another one in the same department..
