Don't think I can handle tragedy *poss. trigger*

People, I don't think I will be able to handle tragedy. I think I will lose my mind and die.

If one day my family died, I don't think I will survive. I think I will lose it.

I'm just scared that this will happen and I won't be able to handle it. If my family dies, can someone help me get help or something? I just know I will go insane if it happens. :-(
