Eeek, Im going clubbing on Fri, what should I wear

I've never been clubbing before! I don't know what to wear!
What is it like inside? What am I supposed to do? How much in tips does the bartender get? What kind of drinks are there? I don't know anything! Do we need to buy tickets to get in? Do I have to look a certain way to get in? Do I have to be cool?
