I really hope the movie does not do well for these reasons.
We treat sucessfull actors like Gods, and they think thats what they are.
If their movies do well then it is even harder to listen to such comments because we know they hold a sharper sting.
If the movie does poorly, then it sends a strong message to Tom Cruise: "we don't need you as an actor, and we certainly don't need you as a religious figure"
