I think it's a pretty good idea.. but wouldn't it be easier just to create a thread where people could just post a link to there pictures themselves..it's fairly simple if you use
http://imageshack.us/index.php .. to upload it
but if you want a website devoted for it that's fine.. I'm apart of a lot of websites that do this and they just have a thread where people post there pictures..
