I'm sorry that things at work are unstable for you right now. I *do* value stablility - as I know you do. That's why I'm glad it is January and we are done with all that holiday crap.
It is so hard to know that things are changing, but not know quite where they are going to end up. How can you plan if you don't know where things will end up? How can you feel comfortable knowing what they day will bring when you don't know that anymore? I know my therapist wants me to get better at being spontaneous and rolling with the punches, but that seems like a herculean effort to me.
Maybe you can remember that after a period of change comes a period of stability. You just have to survive the period of change.
I'm sorry that so many things have to change in your life all at the same time.
