One of the bosses was saying something that implied I wasn't trusted. And another one happened to show up to watch me work. The second one I absolve of any ill will. I asked if something was up, and he explained. But the first one degenerated into a nasty scene with my bursting into tears and quitting, and him saying fine.
In the end we both apologized, but I think it's an omen of things to come. Things are going to change in more ways than I thought. Not only do I hate change, but I detest not being trusted. I may be many things, but I am as trustworthy as the pope.
