I do sometimes. I like, and actually need, my hermit phases. There are times when all I want to do is go to work, then come home, take my dog for a walk and do things like read and listen to music. It's nice to be alone, and not have to be "on" and "up" all the time. My recent period of self-imposed solitary confinement has gone on much longer than usual, and I am running of excuses for not going out and socializing with friends and family. I am hoping that adding a new med will pull me out of it. We'll see.
