This is the first time I've seen this post for some reason.

It sounds like you had you had a crappy New Year. I'm sorry about that. I know I get more short-fused when I am more stressed. And it sounds like you had at least a few triggers that night.

How are you doing now? Any more anxiety attacks? I know what you mean about being rusty using skills you haven't had to dig out recently. If you want a good resource "The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook" is good. There are lots of good exercises and tips in there.
