Here is a stupid idea, but just in case it helps...do you like animals? Do you have a pet? Pets aren't people, but sometimes they can be so healing. I think that I make it through some days b/c I have my cats. Pets are there to listen to you w/o judging. And sometimes their happiness can rub off on you a little. Just a random idea. Maybe you could treat yourself to a kitten or puppy as a Christmas gift?
Even if this idea doesn't help, please know that I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so down and I hope that things look up for you in the new year.
